The brand name is Element electronics, and it didnt come with an installation disk. It just came with an instruction book that only tells how to operate it. I have some cds that I want to put on my mp3 player, but I dont know how to import the songs.

first get the songs on your computer i use windows media player
first put in the music cd
then go to windows media player
then on the right click copy from CD
then click rip music
then connect your MP3 player to your computer make sure it is on
and then go to my computer and it should show up
then you can just drag and drop
thats the way i used to do it when i had a mp3 player
